Pay Later Marketplace Policies


We care!  At Pay Later Marketplace, we deliver low prices, no credit needed financing, quality products, speedy delivery and caring customer service.  

Please review our policies below before ordering. 

Warranty:  All of our products come with a manufacturer's warranty.  This information is generally provided in the paperwork that comes within the packaging of the merchandise and varies by product and manufacturer.  If you have a warranty claim please reach out to customer service for help.  Warranty damages occur over time and from use. If an item was damaged upon arrival, that is not a warranty claim.

Shipping:  Shipping is always FREE and FAST!  Please make sure to only buy “in stock” items.  Over 95% of our “in stock” products are shipped on the same business day or the next business day of your order.  Because we have multiple warehouses throughout the U.S. your “in stock” order arrives on average in only 3 business days.  After completion of your order, you will be provided a shipping tracking number so that you will be able to track your delivery date.  

Cancellations: Cancellations are only accepted prior to the order being shipped which is all done on an automated basis.  Please note: Pay Later Marketplace Orders are processed and shipped very quickly sometimes the same day.  To cancel please call customer service.

Returns/Exchanges:  We are pleased to offer a 7 day Return Policy.  You may return or exchange your merchandise for any reason within 7 days of the delivery date.  

Requirements for a Refund

  1. Items must be in new and unused condition.
  2. Items must be returned with all of their original packaging and accessories.
  3. Items must not be assembled or modified in any way.
  4. Customer must obtain a return authorization number and “ship to location” address provided by Pay Later Marketplace.  
  5. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping plus a 20% restocking fee.

Tips to Avoid a Return

  1. Before completing your order please make sure that the item will fit through your door, hallway, stairway and in the space where it will go.
  2. If your merchandise arrives with minor cosmetic damages due to shipping, don’t worry.  We can attempt to replace the damaged parts on the product to avoid returning it.

By making a purchase, you (“Customer”), agree to the following:

  1. Customer is responsible to ensure the correct delivery address was provided at the time the product is ordered (address must not be a P.O. Box).
  2. Customer must be present, accept delivery, provide proof of identification and sign for receipt of the merchandise.  
  3. Customer is responsible for reviewing packaging and merchandise to make sure no damage occurred during shipping.
  4. If damage has occurred during shipping, Customer must take pictures or video of damaged packaging and/or merchandise and SKU along with a brief description and email this info to: within 24 hours of delivery so we can process an insurance claim on your behalf.  Photos/videos and descriptions of damage must be sent within 24 hours of arrival or the freight damage claim will not be valid. 
  5. Customer understands that if their order has left the warehouse, we are unable to provide a full refund. 
  6. Customer understands that shipping date estimates provided are estimates and may change due to factors completely outside the control of Pay Later Marketplace.
