Credit cards offer rewards, but they also tempt us into debt. After falling into a $7,700 debt hole, I discovered the ease of managing money with cash. No more chasing perks; just clear, straightforward budgeting. The high interest rates on credit cards can quickly negate any rewards. Now, I only use my credit card for intentional, large expenses and rely on my checking and savings accounts for everything else. This shift has simplified my finances and kept me debt-free. Maybe it's time to rethink our credit card habits.
