With a unique financing model that does not require credit checks, PosiGen has successfully served nearly 30,000 customers in over a dozen states, empowering families to lower their utility bills and enhance their financial independence. The relocation is set to occur within the next 60 to 90 days, as the company continues to expand its reach. The building, purchased by Velocity Ventures in early 2023, still has one available space of over 16,000 square feet, indicating potential for further growth in the area.
