His memory loss condition made it difficult for him to navigate the requirements, leading to heightened stress about potentially losing his essential benefits. After struggling to comply with the DWP's requests, Sean sought assistance from local charities and Citizens Advice, which ultimately helped him submit the necessary information. He is now advocating for better communication and support for vulnerable claimants who may face similar challenges, expressing concern that many could be left without support if they are unable to meet the DWP's demands.
