Jason Knell of Adobe highlighted Klarna’s global reach as a key advantage for merchants, while Erin Jaeger of Klarna emphasized the enhanced shopping experience and operational benefits for merchants. According to a PYMNTS Intelligence report, BNPL is gaining traction with 85% of merchants noting increased usage at online checkouts over the past year. Klarna has seen significant growth, with a 29% revenue increase in Q1, driven by its expanding U.S. presence. Klarna has also partnered with brands like Away, Uber, and Expedia to offer BNPL options, further solidifying its position in the market.
